My name is Eftimios Roumpas and I come from a mountain village in Fokida, called Tihio. I have always been enchanted by the scents of nature, the intense colour of the mountains, the cultivation of the land and the way in which a seed can come to life when planted in the soil and flourish into a plant, a bush, even a tree. A childhood dream became true in 2021, when, in the village where my ancestors have lived for several generations, the first organic herbs of Greek oregano and Greek Olympus tea were planted in fields surrounded by forests at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level.
